My friend and I were craving a Tomato Brothers pizza on our way back from the city around 8pm one friday night.Called zhead to let them know we were on our way and was the kitchen still open? They assured us they would be and to our delight upon arrival we were made very welcome by the young lady front of house.Although the restaurant friday evening rush was over this family run establishment made us more than welcome.The menu hasnt changed that much from Tomato Brothers and our pizza was EXCELLENT!!! Service was good, friendly and helpful, prices were reasonable.I wish these people every success in their new venture.
I don't know why this restaurant was so quiet tonight. The service was great, and the staff gave a friendly welcome to our family with two young children. The pizzas were amazing. We're new to the area and have tried a few other pizza places, including a chain restaurant. These pizzas are absolutely delicious. The crusts are thin and crispy, and the toppings are tasty and generous. Importantly, the kids' margherita pizza was plain, with no veggies that they would pick out. We were very impressed with the food and will definitely be returning. We might even try their delivery service next time.
We have been here a few times when it was tomato brothers. The pizzas are still good, nice bases and ingredients. We had three different pasta dishes and all were 'fasta pasta' quality rather than gourmet. Little flavour due to bland sauces. In my dish, the added prawns for $4 were three very small bay prawns and salmon quantity & quality was similar. $ 27 for this quite basic dish seemed excessive. Two entrees were $8 & $11 and were reasonably tasty.Overall I think the quality has gone down and the value is not there.
Wow !I don't understand that lasts review (anbe) we went as a family ( all 7 of us) only last night .The pizzas were amazing. We all commented on the tummy toppings and so much better than our usual Dominos.... the fact that you could taste the wood fired taste. All my kids loved them .I also have to have gluten free ( usually not a nice option) and I ate my entire pizza.... I NEVER usually do that .The staff were friendly andWe loved the restaurant setting and can't wait to go back again. Réservez une table maintenant
We have made this a family night dinner venue a few times and have even celebrated a birthday here recently.The food is fantastic and great value for money! I would highly recommend the muchroom ravioli and the supreme pizza! The sour cream and sweet chilli calzone is also one of my favourites which i never forget to order.If you head down somewhat early, say 6pm and get a table by one of the windows you get the lovely breeze and fresh air which is quite a relaxing setting.
We ordered take away pizzas in the cavernous restaurant, and were extremely happy with our order. There was plenty of toppings on the pizzas, the crust was a wonderful consistency and the wood fire smokiness was evident. We waited 20 minutes, which is what you would expect for a made-from-scratch pizza, and the end result was worth the wait. The staff were friendly and efficient. The pizzas are on the expensive side, but when they taste this good it is money well spent

I ordered a wood-fired pizza for dinner and it was the worst I have ever had. The pizza was supposed to be gourmet but it was undercooked and soggy in the middle. There was no wood-fired flavor and they tried to cover it up with some leaves on top. I do not recommend this place if you love pizza. I can't speak for the other items on the menu, but if the pizza is any indication, they may not be good either. Réservez une table maintenant
