2021 Update: We have been dining here for almost a year, and our experiences were consistently good until they were completely marred by a mix-up with our food order. The manager was extremely rude and unapologetic, insisting that we pay for items we didn't order. It was shocking to witness such poor behavior from management. In the end, we gave up trying to explain the situation and begrudgingly paid for the incorrect order before leaving. We have decided we will never return, which is a shame for a business like this. I used to frequent the James Street branch of Dusit Dheva, so I was excited to visit their new location in Hillarys to see if the quality and authenticity matched. The restaurant is situated near the Breakwater Tavern on the Sorrento Quays boardwalk, and there are plenty of parking spaces available. This was our second visit, and we were impressed once again by the quality of the ingredients, the variety of choices, and the excellent service. We found many options on the menu that suited our pescatarian and vegetarian diets, and the flavors were so delightful that it was hard not to be thrilled.

5 stars! I can't give it a perfect rating because they serve meat, but the vegan options and atmosphere are top-notch! The restaurant is stylish and clean, located right by the water. The staff was excellent and the food was delicious. It came out quickly and was piping hot. The portions were good, fresh, and very tasty! I could go for some right now. This lovely Thai restaurant overlooks the water at Hillary's Marina. They offer a variety of vegan options and the staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about vegan requirements. We tried the galloping horses, jump rolls, pad thai, and fried rice, but there are many other delicious choices available. The portion sizes were generous and the prices were reasonable. It's wonderful to have another dining option at Hillary's!
I am giving this restaurant a 5-star rating. I don't know why my previous review didn't save properly, but this place is excellent! It is a stylish and clean restaurant located right by the water. The staff was fantastic and the food was delicious. It came out quickly and was piping hot. The portions were good, fresh, and incredibly tasty. I could eat it again right now. I will update my previous review on November 7th, 2021.
A beautiful small Thai town overlooking the water in Hillary’s Marina. There are many vegan options and the staff is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. They are well versed in vegan requirements. We ordered the Galloping Horses, Spring Rolls, Pad Thai and Fried Rice... but there are so many more options. Servings were generous and the prices were reasonable. Great, another option at Hillary’s!!
