Diablo's Southwest Grill

This place has terrible management apparently. I used to love coming to diablos in Athens (which apparently closed down) but this place has ridiculous corporate micromanagement. First off nothing is fresh anymore. I always get the same thing, double chicken bowl with all of the cold items (lettuce, cheese, onions, etc) on the side so they don 't get soggy on the way home. Apparently because they 're in separate containers even though it 's all for the same bowl, they were going to charge me another $10 for a veggie bowl . I won 't be back, rather give my money to chipotle, who doesn 't have absurd rules like this. Not to mention the lettuce was brown and the customer service was terrible. No...

This restaurant is incredibly tasty! We make sure to stop by every time we are in the Augusta area. It reminds us of Moe's, Freebirds, or Chipotle with its similar setup and menu options. They even have chargers available for customers who are on the go and running low on cell battery. The location we visited was very clean.

I have been eating at diablos for a couple of years now. It used to be good but the overall level of service has gone downhill tremendously. Employees seem bothered by you being there, and are generally just unpleasant. Hopefully this gets fixed before they decline any more.

We had this restaurant cater our employee lunch today. Everyone was extremely helpful from the initial quote to the delivery and setup. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. Thank you again!
