Diamond Bakery - Réserver une table

This is your grandma's vintage bakery. They carry what you might expect, challah and other breads, mix match small sugar cookies, and a selection of pastries. Nothing flashy or reminiscent of a food network confection, which is fine, I wasn't looking for that. My low rating reflects the service. I stopped in shortly after opening for a few dozen cookies for an open house. There were two people working and I wasn't acknowledged by either. The guy was walking around on the phone, and the lady only seemed to care about some elderly folks who were going in and out. They've changed their NY onion rolls twice since taking over. Also a friend used to like their coffee cake and won't go back. Keep making your improvements. Looks like people like the 7layer cake.

Not the same Diamond Bakery. The had very little product other than ice box cookies and a few slices of 7 layer cake which were dry and tasteless. Very disappointing.

Stale products and not just one or two I purchased a variety, 7 layer cake world famous for what ? Being dried out and sitting in the counter uncovered.
