Diamond Head Market & Grill

This is a great place to take dinner near Waikiki. There is a small parking lot in front of the grill. My husband has the Loco moco and I have the Wasabi shoyu-ahi salad. My husband enjoyed his Loko moco and I loved the salad. It was nice to have some fresh green and the Ahi was supposed and well spiced. They could definitely taste the Wasabi, but it wasn't excessively hot. It was perfect. Don't forget to stop at the bakery next door. They are famous for the blueberry cream cheese (we have one and loved it is more sponge like cakes than the dry / crumbling scones). Get the poke! Fresh and delicious! Local poke made to order. You won’t be sorry. Just two blocks from Waikiki- Kuhio Beach. Walk or ride a bike. Worth the trip. $7 will get you the best poke in town! We also tried the softest blueberry cheese scones. The market has fresh fruit, cakes, all local tastes.

Stopped for pick-up after day of hiking. Dinner plate was tasty, reasonably priced, and good quantity. A dessert from the attached market is a MUST! The Okinawan sweet potato square with haupia and a macadamia nut crust was AMAZING! Definitely on my go to list from now on!

Great neighborhood plate lunch place. Food was very good. We got the mix plate (awesome), mushroom burger plate (so ono), BBQ gorgonzola burger (omg so good), 2 orders of fries (well done and so crispy) and side order of potato mac salad (traditional local eats). Réservez une table maintenant

This is where the locals eat exclamation visit here and you'll know why. great food have a great price. I think it's better than the rainbow drive in. People go to the rainbow drive in when this places closed. Highly recommend this place.

I go when it just opens because the parking lot can get full quick. I ordered the BBQ Pork rib plate recently and the meat was fall off the bone delicious.
