Went here for Father's day. 6 of us Sunday lunches all went back as they were cold and when we complained was asked if we wanted it warming? Everyone in the party except 1 person sent most of there meals back due to cold food. Other tables had also sent back full plates of food? Staff were friendly and the manager apologised and knocked some of the meals off and a round of drinks. The toilets also were in need of a good clean too. We used to come here years ago and it never disappointed. We definitely will not be back
Called in for an evening meal , the food was really nice and was piping hot , the waitress was lovely , nice atmosphere, couldn’t fault anything, been a few times now and the bar staff and waitresses are always really kind and welcoming, so slightly confused when I see reviews saying different , suppose you can’t please everyone, but I will definitely be back :
This restaurant serves the best Sunday lunch ever! The food was fantastic, we both enjoyed the roast trio which was delicious, especially the cracking which was cooked perfectly. The service from all the staff was excellent, very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you.
Fab first visit to this lovely, dog friendly, pub. Welcoming, great choice of food, cooked and presented well. Sausages available for our dog which was a nice touch. Friendly staff. Delicious meal!
