I was really excited for lunch today, but when my plate came there were a few things wrong. It was a mobile order, I added a special request that didn’t get granted; cool whatever I work restaurants I understand. There were other things missing off the sandwich. The sides were so bland, and flavorless. I swear they made me miss SCHOOL cafeteria food. I called the owner to get a refund, or a replacement of something different even. I was telling the owner my problems and he was arguing with me about the special request, I told him I wasn’t going argue with him about that I needed my refund because the food was wrong and bland other than that. We ordered a pulled pork sandwich and a chicken sandwich. There is no slaw on the pulled pork sandwich and no lettuce or pickles or anything on the chicken sandwich either. Each sandwich did have good flavor but was rather dry. After adding BBQ sauce each tasted much better. They have several choices of BBQ sauce to choose from.

Walked in yesterday, the door was unlocked, and the open sign was on. Employee 's very rud, said we have a large catering order an are too busy to serve you. Wow, customer service. As we turned around, one lady said, Come back later. What happened to customer service.

I ordered takeout for my Jeep club CNC4X4. We had 30 people camping at URE. We set time to pick up the food and when we got there everything was ready to go. They helped load into the truck with plates napkins/silverware all provided. Outstanding service. Réservez une table maintenant

BBQ was good, I ordered 2 items, Ribs Brisket. Should have been Rib Brisket, got 1 rib and barley enough Brisket for a small sandwich for $12. More like a sampler plate than a meal.. Back my local BBQ place were the price is less and the servings larger.

Ordered to go and gave me 3 water cups that were the tiny clear plastic ones with no lids and than said they ran out of sweet tea handing me a big yellow cup which was already paid for only filled half way up. disappointed!

Great spot in Albermarle area... food was fast and service was friendly. I seem to remember them having banana pudding but that is no longer on the menu. Would definitely go back!
