The rating is for price and quality. A simple baked potato that should be of good quality and properly baked costs about three times more than it should. A bad quality and baked too long, but still served costs equally! The inside of the potato was dark and looked like it had been in the warmer all day/week? Parts of the insides were harder and darker than others were not the way a high-quality baked potato should be. A few days after throwing away our Dicky's potatoes, we ordered the same from McAlister. It was huge and the interior was baked for perfection! The texture and color made it feel and taste as if it were fresh from the garden. So delicious! it costs $6.90, while the Dickys potat...
Done with this place. Last visit…brisket was not smoked long enough…too chewy. And when I went to pay with my chip card…slid it in….cashier said it didn’t go thru….try again. Said it went thru that time. Came home…checked bank account…and it had duplicates…was charged twice. Remembered another time a month before that same scenario had happened….yes….they got paid twice. Confronted “manager on duty” yesterday….she said manager isn’t here…and stuttered. They totally lost me….period! UPDATE: You don’t simply take care of any problems by having disgruntled customers email you. Kudos for poor customer service….
Ghost kitchen for Trailer Birds is expensive chicken trailer garbage. The food is rough and the staff cannot be disturbed. I ordered curbside and tipped 20% to the app. When I got there, the restaurant was empty, but both staff stared at me through the window. I finally came out of my car, went in and went up to them. I was the only order to go (per job actually) and when I told them they were still confused. Besides, the food was fat, not spicy, the strips were tiny and they tried to load $8 for 3 strips. No side. No, thanks.
Brisket was delicate and tasteful. The ribs were good and fell from the bone. Rolls were a bit hard, but still tasted good.
