The food is incredibly good and the staff is very friendly. You really feel welcome here. The interior is probably not all beautiful - but fits perfectly with this wild restaurant. I find the decor with the many ducks very charming. Entries from species-friendly free-land farming and wilderness are, of course, somewhat more expensive than the chicken or the cow from mass livestock farming. But you also taste it and I am happy to pay the few € more
This is a quaint family-run restaurant serving really good food and some super German beers. I used it as a stag-night venue for a very quiet drink with a few friends the night before my wedding. The service as prompt, the landlady spoke enough English...to translate our menus, and the food was really good. The bill at the end of the evening was very reaonable.
Absolute favorite restaurant. More than highest quality! And the service is great. Learning from the pike, courteous, friendly. Here the owner goes to the forest to get the elders for the elder Brandy! Just great and extraordinary!
