on the momentary half-year trip through the northern oberpfalz, from regensburg, has led us, in addition to the visited other localities, as well as once again to the zoigl, also the way into the recommended small rosteria in weiden!As the name already says, a very small and nice local that has few seats, and thus also the rest and quality of the outer frame should be absolutely perfect! we have to experience several couples, which unfortunately it has happened during our stay! spontaneousity does not seem to lead to success here .And surely the opening times from 17 to 23 o'clock also contribute to this tight fit. but in a gastronomy of such a class, this is also more common.The service is...
the small rosteria sounds quite Italian, but in reality is rather a fusion kitchen with elements from Germany, italia and generally European cuisine. located in one of the small streets in grazing, it looks somewhat inconspicuous, but on a normal weekday, that was quite crowded locally, and it seemed to me that there were quite many masterpieces. most likely it is advisable to book a table in advance, as it is a fairly small place (highest about 26-30 seats, as far as I remember). I chose the grilled lamb chops with grilled vegetables as I like very much, but it makes too rare to house. I got a big (and hot) teller full of very juicy lamb chops along with a huge baptismal freshly grilled veg...
small restaurant in a side street. especially in winter absolutely reserve! in the summer there are more seats through the further external seating. we have been there several times and have experienced every time good service and very good eating. there are many combinations of steacards (come in the top level as ordered, top) and supplements. Moreover, changing dishes are offered which are not on the regular card. free of charge is served between the order and the food a greeting from the kitchen and after eating schnapps/Espresso. all in all a very round and tasty visit, recommended.
we had tested and ordered the same court with different degrees on the table. every steak came as ordered, and that doesn't get any restaurant that calls itself steakhouse! great meat quality of meat bark breeds, courtesy service that also gives willingly professional accommodation. you can really feel comfortable with good steakhouse kitchen. the one piece to go is only available for the salatdressings. you can pick up something beyond the standards. we were beautiful more often in the small rosteria and always very satisfied. the steaks are the best in grazing and circle. always grilled on the point and of best quality. good wine offer and also the beer are well selected. very friendly service and in the summer you sit comfortably in the schulgasse. highly recommended.
unfortunately the second time (due to a migraine and the time pressure limited to an hour because of reservation of the table for other guests) was no longer as perfect as the first time. Nevertheless, I was so excited about the 1st time that I still missed 5 points and next year again on my journey to the pastures.
