If I could, I'd forgive 6 out of 5 possible stars. The course menu was first class. Especially the fillet and back of the Deutsche Färse was just a dream. The service was top, a really wonderful team that worries us all 5 hours. Our double room at the hotel was also great. We especially liked the attention to detail on our special occasion!
