This week I took my family out for dinner to Dillons in Glendale (my adult children said it was a good restaurant . I ordered the brisket plate, which was very overcooked and did not have a standard brisket flavor. When the bill came there were two figures on it, a cash price and a credit card price which raised the cash price by 3.5%. How obnoxious. The meal for the eight of us came to just about $300 which I also found to be high. My kids liked their meals, my brother and I left ours (his food he said was inedible! . Anyhow, be aware that they are uplifting the amount by 3.5% if you pay by credit card. I will not return!!!

Food was great, service was slow and not exactly on point as we waited too long for beer delivery, food delivery was OK, but then the waitress disappeared when we needed silverware, sauce and salt.....will give them another chance as this visit was our first.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the service is exceptional. The ribs and pulled pork are excellent, especially when paired with the amazing BBQ sauce. Don't miss out on trying the sweet heat sauce - it's definitely worth it!

Avoid this restaurant at all costs! The owner has implemented a new 5% fee for customers using debit or credit cards. On top of raising menu prices, they are now taking advantage of customers when they settle their bills.
This restaurant was disappointing. The brisket was not cooked properly, as it should not be beige. The sausage tasted like kielbasa, and the burnt ends seemed to be just cut brisket without any additional preparation.
Family experience! Service was great. Live music was great, not overwhelming, could still hear the table talks. The food was great and very well seasoned. Children's meals are a large part. Absolutely come back.
The BBQ at this restaurant is fantastic, especially the chicken. The potato salad and BBQ beans are also delicious. Even though I normally don't like onion rings, Dillon's does a great job with them.

The food did not meet my expectations given the price, but the service was good. I will not be returning, as when I pay a lot for lunch, I expect a more upscale atmosphere with fewer TV screens.
