Dim Sum Duck - Réservation de table

They spend long time to prepare the prawn, all prawn squid are good, There are three similiar prawn sim sim people easily confused, 1.Fried sesame prawn roll , (must order for your first experience), 2 Fried Soya bean wipe with Prawn 3 Fried Prawn wipe in Wonton pastry (served with Seafood Mayo sauce), My favorite dishes are Dry fried Beef rice noodle shredded pork fried noodle double fried both side

Hi Dimsum Duck- I’m confused, because the other day I ordered what I thought was sesame prawn wrap in rice paper and they were DELICIOUS (first pic). Best dim sum I’d ever eaten. But today I ordered them and they were completely different, no sesame and a bit oily. What happened (second pic)? Did I order the wrong thing?
