Le personnel était d'autres clients qui sont entrés et 5 commandes à emporter. J'ai demandé où notre commande était et a reçu un look confus. Elle a constaté notre commande si complètement, excusée, s'est excusée, puis est revenue à faire la demande de commande devant lui. Enfin, nous recevons notre café pendant 25 minutes après la commande. de

Absolutely awful service. This is my third visit in the hope that it would get better... it has not. Arrived at 9:30 on a Sunday morning and were the only customers dining in at the time. Ordered 2 coffees, a wrap and an omelette.
Staff served other patrons who came in after us and about 5 takeaway orders. I asked where our order was and got a confused look. She found our order which had been spiked as complete, apologized and then returned to making the takeaway orders in front of her. Finally got our coffees 25 min after ordering them.
Food came out, but not as ordered.
Staff were apologetic but completely undertrained. $27.50 - way overpriced for average food and bad service.

I returned to this place for lunch today, first time in a year or so. Well, this place has gone downhill considerably. I ordered a bowl of fish congee. While the rice porridge was piping hot, the fish meat in large chunks was "just taken out of the fridge" cold and it didn't taste very fresh. Left quickly. This used to be a value for money place with settings better than a typical Chinese restaurant. It's now just cheap and nasty. On the way out I saw sign posted at the entrance. The restaurant is looking for two chefs. That says a lot...

From the crowd at entrance, one can tell this Hong Kong cafe is popular in Eastwood. Queuing for seat is common at anytime despite the cafe is not small in local standard. The best value dishes are breakfast and high tea sets which include drink for the price of the dish ordered. Only between 12noon to 2:30pm, you have to order from the menu for regular price.Service was above average and order was fast to deliver. A good cafe for Hong Kong style dishes.
I have eaten here twice lately and really enjoyed it. Packed lively atmosphere, quick service, great food and low prices. The menu is a bit strange and you need to look carefully for the hidden gems like stir fry or Asian soups, but you can have a generous main for $13 or $14 which is great value.There are exotic items if you feel adventurous eg jowls but lots of delicious choices if not so adventurous.Overall a wonderful find and I will go again soon.
Je pensais que nous essaierions cette place parce que c'est sous une nouvelle direction et un nouveau nom. Commandé de poisson et de chips déjeuner. Les puces ont été cassées jolies, mais le poisson était boueux et il y avait beaucoup de tasses de farine non cuits. Senti trop gras. Le service était rapide et sympathique.
Thought we would try out this place since it's under new management and new name. Ordered fish and chips lunch special. Chips were nicely cooked but the fish was soggy and there was lots of uncooked flour batter. Felt overly greasey. Service was prompt and friendly.
