Dinosaur Bar-B-Que in Syracuse is an absolute gem! Recommended by countless friends, we finally made the trip, and it did not disappoint. Despite the bustling atmosphere, the teamwork among the staff made our wait feel minimal. The cozy vibe, enhanced by fascinating artwork on the walls, set the perfect backdrop for our meal. Every member of the team, from the servers to the bartenders, was constantly on the move, yet they all wore genuine smiles and were incredibly kind. So I went to this restaurant on the 28th of August 2024 I went in for take out.We ordered a lot of food I ordered The three meat combo platter Which only came With only the 2 meats I ordered.I realized this once I got home and opened up my food So all I had was chicken and Ribs which were absolutely Disgusting the food tasted old The chicken had no flavor at all.It was chewy.I couldn't even eat it.The ribs the same way. Evan was tge BEST server I have had at any food establishment by far! He remembered my special request, made sure to check on me often, and made excellent descriptions and suggestions when it came to placing my order. The peanut butter pie was PHENOMINAL! I wish I could have shared a dessert with him. He was so attentive and so friendly. You can tell he LOVES his job!!!! I will definitely be back. Has a great meal! (Currently in a food coma...LOL!

I have not eaten here in quite a few years. I was so excited to get take out to share with my 79 year old mother. EVERYTHING was spicy including the macaroni cheese, coleslaw. Unfortunately, neither of us will be able to eat here again and I'm so sad that everything has to be spicy now. Réservez une table maintenant

I didn't actually eat here. We tried twice in two weeks to go and once had over an hour wait and the other maybe 45 min. It was too much. There are other places right down the street. Good on them for being competitive, but it's annoying and turning us away.

Awesome food, the mac n cheese was amazing, almost as good as the brisket. Went on a Saturday afternoon super busy, but we were able to belly up to the bar and had great service from the bartender. Food was priced incredibly well and came out quick.

Stopped in for a late lunch. Great vibe. Sat at the bar. Matt, the bartender, helped us with the drinks and food. Will definitely visit again!
