Summer hours were in full swing when we came. Since there was only one person here, it would be the same person taking your order and then making the dipped ice cream. When it's more busy, it can take a bit of time. I had ordered the cotton candy signature, but the cotton candy dip wasn't working properly so I got the Hazelnut Signature instead.I would recommend getting the dipped ice cream in a cup since in the cone it can be more messy than usual. The ice cream was melting under the dip and very messy. It seemed like it wasn't fully set or cold enough to keep it together. The taste was pretty good. So, I tried the ice cream at Dipped Ice Cream and Açai Bowls in El Segundo, California. It was pretty good, but honestly, it could’ve been creamier. What’s interesting is how the toppings turned into this hard sugarcoating as soon as they hit the ice cream. Plus, the staff there was super friendly, and the place was spick and span.Now, here’s the thing – they’ve got this cotton candy topping that some folks might dig, but my kids weren’t really feeling it. Different strokes for different folks, you know? Overall, it’s worth a visit for a sweet treat with some unique twists. to cater to different preferences.
I particularly enjoyed the dark chocolate raspberry dip, which was the flavor of the month, while my daughter loved the cookies 'n cream. I found the small sizes to be quite generous. The shop has a welcoming and bright atmosphere, with small tables and chairs perfect for enjoying your treat.
In addition to ice cream, this place serves coffee, espressos, smoothies, acai bowls, and more. Many locals stop by for their morning coffee and smoothies. I’m looking forward to returning to try an acai bowl next and will update my review then.

Nice to have a sweet spot in El Segundo that does soft serve dipped cones or bowls. Pictured below is a medium sized swirl in a waffle bowl. This'll run you $8. Only a few tables inside, and one or two outside. Didn't try any of the dips, but they looked good. Some intersting flavors of the month also offered, which means there's typically something new to try. Service was curt. Been wanting to try this place.The ice cream itself was good but not worth the price. It 's taxed so I decided not to add tip not that anyone needs and explanation not to tip on ice cream. One of the teenagers working the register was bitter I didn 't add a tip made a comment under his breath after the other kid said thanks so much. The other kid said not so much. Safe to say it wasn 't worth it.
I went here on mothers day or 4th of July I don't remember and forgot to give a bad review on google and yelp. Service is slow, place looked dirty and it smelled funny. It is also ran by very young ppl. Pricey, VERY PRICEY. lastly, pls go to try the ice cream at rite aid, it is wayyyy better.
We arrived close to closing time, but the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They didn't rush us and made us feel comfortable. Both employees had a positive demeanor and seemed to enjoy their jobs. The ice cream was delicious and definitely met our expectations.
The Instagram feed is impressive, but the actual product is just okay and quite pricey for the quality. I've tasted much better soft serve that has more flavor. I'm not sure what else to add about this experience.

Great dessert after a great dinner! The servers were so nice! The ice cream was great and I loved how they display the dips when you walk in the door! Great place to go for dessert!
