I want to start off by saying customer service was okay, after every order the cashier would say would that be all for you, she would not let me finish ordering. It's located in downtown Dearborn which is really busy. I walked in the place is big and nice it was very modern I liked it. It was very nice to see how clean it was and they were very organized. I ordered what was most ordered which was the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and a lemon pepper chicken sandwich with a side of Cajun Fries. This was kind of a disappointing experience. Me, my brother, my mother and my father walked into the restaurant. We got our food and we sat down at a table. We waited a very long time, and when we got our food the order was wrong. I asked for a burger with ketchup only and I never asked for a cheeseburger but they added that to the menu, so I figured that they would’ve understood what I meant. Unfortunately, they did not. My mom asked for grilled chicken in her wrap sandwich and they made it crispy. But, even after this, we had a good experience. They apologized for getting my order wrong and got me my food. Went here on the weekend to try a new spot. Ordered the beef bacon cheeseburger with fries. Wanted to order the oreo shake as well, but the machine was broken. When asked about certain things on the menu, the person taking the order didn't seem to know and didn't speak up. When you work the front you need to be friendly and welcoming to everybody. Food was pretty good but took 30 mins to make so we were sitting for a while. Food was great but service can improve. The decor and building was in a prime spot. If I came back it would be Togo.
Amazing HALAL burgers and food. We were visiting the area on a long road trip and came across this place because they were open late. A quick phone call to confirm and they welcomed us over. The staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. Great dine in atmosphere. The food was absolutely amazing! It was by far the best beef burger I have ever had in my life. The meat was very tender and flavorful. The sauces were amazing and a great compliment.Can’t wait to be back in the area and visit again.Dietary restrictions: Halal

Twice now we have had a long wait. The food for one in our party came 7 minutes before the other 2. The burger was very thin and well done. The lettuce, tomato and sauce were good and fresh though. The fries also were perfect. It’s nice to sit by the window but since the window ledge is dirty and dusty it’s not very appetizing. The chairs are also very uncomfortable. Lastly for a wrap meal, a wrap and a burger and fries came to $40. Not worth the price.
Everyone at the table enjoyed their burgers. Unfortunately, I asked for spicy mayo on the side because of recent dental work, and my burger was covered in it. I tried to eat it bit it was too spicy for my freshly cleaned gums and I could not eat it. I'm not sure if we'll be back. Oh, and the girl at the register was awesome. She took my order correctly AND read it back to us. Unfortunately, it was definitely a kitchen error.
The staff is very friendly and the food tastes amazing! I recommend their Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. The combination of their Nashville Hot Sauce and District Sauce is absolutely delicious. Their house-made Buttermilk Ranch Dressing is excellent and pairs nicely with their Mozzarella Sticks. Their salads are huge and come with very generous portions of toppings.
Average food, average service. The atmosphere is nice though. The burgers are too dry. Probably over cooked. Seems they don't have their heart in the food or service. The restaurant does have a nice ambience though. The shakes are ok. Nothing to write home about. All the fixings, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, corn, etc were fresh so that is a plus.

Food was flavorful, fresh, and well prepared with generous serving sizes. Don't be put off by the appearance of a burger joint. It is anything, but when it comes to getting a good meal. There is a separate eating area that can be reserved for larger groups, which made for a private dining experience for my family.Food: 5/5
