Ray is an outstanding customer service representative. He assisted me in finding a Slavic medicinal brandy during the holidays. His demeanor was sincere and attentive; he listened to my needs, assured me he would search for it and keep me updated, and he did just that. He conducted further research, followed up multiple times, and was incredibly patient with me throughout the entire process, which took several days. His level of service is truly invaluable.

Been here occasionally, always good service but service was exceptional by the older gentleman today. He told me I could get 15% off if I bought 3 of the same size bottles of wine, something I didn’t realize before. Thank you for employing people with good customer skills.

Excellent service! There's always a wide selection of drinks available. Plus, their delivery through Drizly is the fastest I've seen. While there are liquor stores just a couple of minutes away, Dittricks, located about 15 minutes away, is by far the quickest!
