A fantastic experience. The best meal we have had in years. The cooking was creative. Every dish had surprising flavors and was well-prepared. The service was impeccable, attentive, but not intrusive. The dining room was quiet and the tables were a good distance apart so that you didn’t have to hear the conversation of other people. Overall it was delight. We celery root with trout roe, artichokes with smoked eel, pigeon, and goat.

Outstanding meal in every way. Great flavors…excellent technique…well-timed tasting…first-class service. Would return. We do a fair number of tastings at starred restaurants. This ranks up there.

Excellent menu with beautiful wine pairing passionately presented by the team including the chefs. Make sure to finish with the cheese from the cheese car!
