Attention customers, I want to alert you about paying with a card at this Chip Shop. I recently discovered fraudulent transactions on my card after visiting on Tuesday, 24th October 2023 at 8:53 pm. I ordered a Battered Sausage and Chips for £5.10 to take away. Although the chips were undercooked, the staff replaced them after I complained. However, I later found out that the shop had taken multiple unauthorized payments from my account on 25th October. My bank informed me that this is highly unusual for chip shops to keep card details and make recurring payments. I have reported this to my bank as fraud and urge you to monitor your accounts if you have used this shop. I suggest paying with...

Ordered delivery via just eat. Part of order was missing their only review on just eat was by someone who complained their delivery had items missing that should of set off the alarm bells but I thought I would give them a chance I phoned the shop to complain and I got through to someone who practically told me I was lying that I never got my correct order. He then passed the phone over to someone who must use English as a, 3rd or 4th language because apart from hello I never understood a word he said Another person then told me they 'd cook our missing items but I had to come and get it.... Such a shame, this used to be a great fish and chip place but has rapidly gone down hill. We spent £29 (can only order now via food delivery app! on a small doner kebab , chips, cod and chips and 1 mushy peas. Tasted similar to what you’d expect from a motorway service station .. with inflated prices also! Won’t be ordering again any time soon

I spent £60 on a fish and chips meal after receiving a recommendation to eat here. Unfortunately, it will also be my last time. I was disappointed to pay £14 for 5 sausages that were cold, and the cod was thin and dry. Réservez une table maintenant

Had the most amazing service this evening from James’ fish and chip shop in Sunbury on Thames. After being let down by Just Eat. The driver apparently delivered to another address, not my elderly hungry parents,

Service is absolutely appalling, frozen fish, bring back a proper English owned fish shop, cos they couldn't run a bath let alone a fish shop, count your change

Biggest and best quality fish and chips in the area always freshly cooked and served hot and so tasty. Would recommend, love they are served in bags.

The staff is friendly at the restaurant, but the chips have a gritty texture like sand between your teeth. However, everything else is satisfactory. Réservez une table maintenant

Fancied a fish and chip lunch as a treat . Wish I hadn’t bothered .Fish was tasteless and watery. Complete waste of money. Won’t be back

Ordered haddock and chips and it was delicious. Haddock batter was super crispy. Chips were decent but I’ve had better.
