To start, I was blown away by the pork dumplings—some of the best I’ve ever had! They were so flavorful that I didn’t even need any dipping sauce, which was a pleasant surprise. Now, let's talk about the ramen. Honestly, it was incredibly good, featuring tender pork and a perfectly poached egg. I noticed it was slightly under-salted, but that was easily fixed with a sprinkle of salt; although, I opted for a hint of the somewhat spicy sauce the waitress recommended, which gave it just the right kick without being overwhelming. I must mention the service was excellent as well. The waitresses were friendly and attentive, and our food came out quickly. The young lady at my table suggested the m...

From the moment I stepped inside, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a cozy and intimate dining space that felt like a true hidden gem. The decor was minimalistic but stylish, with tasteful Japanese accents and a comfortable seating arrangement. Now, let's talk about the food. The menu was extensive, with plenty of options for both meat-eaters and vegetarians alike. I opted for the classic tonkotsu ramen, and it did not disappoint. The broth was rich and creamy, with a depth of flavor that only comes from careful attention to detail and expert preparation. The noodles were perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of chewiness, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful.Overall, I w...

Next, we ordered pork belly bao and brisket bao, three pieces of each. While both were good, the pork belly bao stood out with its exceptional flavor. They came with sliced cucumber and aioli, adding extra textures and flavors that the brisket bao lacked. The Ichimi ramen is a popular choice, but I opted for the black dragon noodle, which features black garlic in tonkotsu soup and I chose to upgrade it with beef (chicken is also available). The ramen is served in generous red (or white) bowls. My dish came with a fun and functional wooden spoon. You can choose between homemade noodles or egg noodles; I tried the homemade noodles. For dessert, I had mochi ice cream, which was a perfect fi...

I've lived and worked in the Gables area for the last ten years and ichimi has always been a go to spot for me. It's a ramen spot so naturally I got the ramen! I've only gone during lunch and they have a special that includes ramen, gyoza and spring salad. All three are delicious not matter which combination of meat you get. Make sure you try the chili oil! It's a spicy but well worth adding it to your ramen. The service is fantastic and they are attentive when you arrive. It does get busy during lunch times so be prepared for a small wait. The space itself is fairly small but comfortable and enjoyable. I 100% recommend coming to ichimi if you are looking for a good ramen spot in downtown ga... Réservez une table maintenant

I absolutely loved Ichimi and would go as far as to say it's my favorite ramen place in Miami! We came in for a late dinner on a weeknight and were seated immediately. The service was friendly and attentive. The ambiance was dimly lit, perfect for a relaxed date night, with authentic Japanese touches. The appetizers were delightful—we ordered takoyaki (a chef's kiss!) and juicy pork belly buns. I chose the Ichimi ramen, which was a bit on the salty side but still a must-try. I can't wait to return and sample more of their dishes. Highly recommend!

It was okay. No one spoke English (Spanish only), so it was very hard to ask questions. It was my first time there. I tried calling for an hour to place my order ahead of time. Nobody answers the phone. The food wast tasty. I LOVED the pork belly Bao Bun. The beef rice bowl was nice just a little too sweet and wayyy too much sauce. The fact that I usually have to ask for extra sauce and I consider this too much sauce, is crazy.

Absolutely delicious! Second time I try Ramen and this is my favorite one yet.The only con is that it’s so full, you have to wait 30 min+ to get a table and there is no free parking so you’ll be paying a lot more in parking fees. You also have to wait outside until they call you.Parking: Parking is pretty expensive for the amount of time you have to wait here.

So delicius, so far the best ramen i have ever try. The spicy is good but the spicy takes a lot of the flavor, the ichimi is the best, order this for the best experience.Food: 5/5
