We dined at this restaurant earlier this week after choosing it based on its 4+ star rating. The service was excellent and the atmosphere, while a bit outdated, was clean. However, we were disappointed with the food overall. Our group of four ordered crab cakes and baked onion ale soup for appetizers. The soup was good, but the crab cakes were lacking in flavor. My husband and I followed the server's recommendation and enjoyed the Banshee Beef. Our dining companions ordered fish and chips (deemed okay) and the Fisherman's Pie. This is our fourth visit to this restaurant because the food is outstanding. Unfortunately, today we had a poor experience with a server who displayed a bad attitude. While ordering, I tried to customize a dish for my parents, but the server responded rudely, stating, “This is an Irish restaurant; we don’t offer that.” I pointed out the perceived racism, and after involving the floor manager, Isaac, I later discovered Ryan was the actual manager. Such attitudes could impact the longevity of your business. I won’t recommend this place to anyone other than those who share the same heritage due to these discriminatory remarks.

Sooo fun! Cute pub with versatile seating. At the bar or in a cozy booth, either way this place made me smile. Great place for some fish chips with beer. As an American, had to try the poutine and jeez did it hit the spot! Waitress was tentative, and all around kind, informative people!

This restaurant is a great place to dine. The ambiance is reminiscent of an English pub, and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. Our server, Michelle, was very knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and we will be returning in the future.

The food at this restaurant was excellent, as were the drinks and service. I highly recommend it! We came here to celebrate a birthday and only ordered appetizers, all of which were delicious. The pierogis were a standout, as were the dough fries with cheese sauce. So tasty!

Wings with the rub and honey garlic sauce on the side are very good. Sweet potato fries were probably one of the best I've had yet. Waitress was very friendly and helpful. If we didn't live over 200 klms and 2 hrs away, we'd visit more often.

The food and service were both fantastic, as usual. However, the noise level was intolerable. We couldn't wait to leave. They really need to work on addressing this issue. Unfortunately, we might not return if this isn't resolved.

We went to the restaurant to enjoy the band and have a few drinks. We always feel so comfortable when we visit. Chase was our server and he provided excellent service. He was very friendly and engaging.

The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, with large tables occupied by groups of families and friends under dark wooden ceilings. The portions are exceptionally large, and reasonably priced.
