Nowhere does it say that you have to book! But when we arrived there, we were told that despite a 45-minute drive! A shame !! To respond to your answer: It would be better for you to inform your customers that you have to book! It's not up to the customer to guess! But your employees told us: that management has been informed that customers are complaining that it was not displayed on your site, or even on site! Do your job! Show things clearly and not let customers find out after a long drive!
We make a pre-booking by phone. The next day we arrive at 6 p.m. to pay the deposit (which must be paid within a week and we are told that this is not possible because the computer is off and that we have to come back another day (the closing time is 7 p.m. . We tell them we can't come back another day and offer to pay by check. It was denied to us. We will not set foot in Dock 39 again. Really unprofessional and commercial! To flee!!!!!!!
Je suis venue aujourd'hui essayer l'escalade avec ma fille, les lieux son dégradés et mal entretenus avec une odeur d'égouts qui nous prends au nez en franchissant la porte d'entrée. Toutefois un grand merci à Émeric qui a su nous faire découvrir cette pratique avec plein de bons conseils et un sourire au top.

C'est un moment super amusant avec les enfants, pour des collations d'anniversaire, c'est encore mieux !
