Great food and location but the overalll experience was a little chaotic. Line almost out the door wound through the place making you stand awkwardly next to people eating. Line did move fairly quickly. Order taker seemed to carefully repeat our order back but we got the wrong soup and saw in the receipt that she took the order wrong. It was too nuts to tell them and exchange it for what we wanted. The bathroom was in terrible shape with water all over the floor, paper everywhere and trash overflowing. I called Dockside Delli this morning to ask a question about their menu, and the guy told me to just go on the website. He couldn 't take 30 seconds of his workday to answer a work related question about their menu. Needless to say, we walk in there to look at their menu for the first time ever, and what I believe to be the same guy was at the register giving us customers an attitude saying Is someone going to come up here an order?? There wasn 't a huge line whatsoever to rush us, and we were all undeserving of a bad attitude. This guy needs to either be retrained, work in the back out of customers presence, or fired. This is one of the best sandwhich shops I have ever been to. They have several outstanding things to try. The omelet was surpisingly good. The Perfecto was amazing. The House corned beef hash was even more amazing, but the French Toast... Wow! Its been 6 weeks and I still think about it.
I know everyone has bad days but the older blonde lady at the register could be more friendly. Didn’t even say hello or ask what I wanted, just stood there slumped over and waited for me to order. She kept a rude tone throughout, I felt like I was inconveniencing her.

Very bad attitude. I had to wait a long time at the register for him to serve me and then acted upset that I only ordered coffee.
The staff were disrespectful. It doesn't require much effort to be kind and courteous to others.
They've gone downhill a bit. Used to be much better. Still not awful, but mediocre.
