While I'm not a fan of Tangy BBQ or Carolina Tang BBQ, they definitely met the taste brand on a Tangy BBQ. I wouldn't recommend going here if you like a sweeter BBQ. The only thing we weren't impressed was that they didn't grill the rolls and the Texas Dip chips were too salty for my tastes. What everyone had their own personal taste. Besides these two things, the ribs were perfectly cooked a lot of meat on them. I read another review that they were fat, but mine weren't. The dry rub on the ribs was so good that I didn't need a BBQ sauce. The pulled pig also had a big taste. My husband had a brisket sandwich that was the meat good, but he likes the bungalow grilled. The service was impeccable! Waitress other waiting staff was super friendly helpful. We had no alcohol, but the lemonade was good.
