We have gotten take out from here several times. This morning we decided to dine in for breakfast. That was a great idea. I have never been inside, because I have never picked up our take out, so I was expecting the standard coney island 'look. That 's not a bad thing, just an expectation. I was wrong. The inside was fresh, clean, modern and appealing. It was bigger than I expected also. The menu was extensive with several specials. There were many pancake choices, and even french toast choices. The omelette section is huge. We both had omelettes with well done hash browns. I had a corned beef and swiss, and my wife broccoli and mozzarella well done. Went there last Sunday was going to eat in..I sat down..my order was taken 10 minutes later..I waited almost 30 minuets to get my food when other customers whom were white entered after me was eating their food before my order was given to me..not sure if it was a racist issue but I was 1 of 2 black customer in restaurant..the other was with wife and his white wife..As I was about to get up and leave my food came.. I told her to make it a carry out.the food was nothing I would run back to everything was over cooked even though I want my eggs and hash brown cook well done..will I returned again.. ABSOLUTELY NOT
I ordered six over medium eggs and got six over easy eggs so the waitress took them back. When I got the redone eggs, they were over easy as well and the cook had advised the waitress to tell me that they were over medium. They did take it off my bill after I showed them a diagram of what over easy eggs versus over medium versus over hard eggs look like. It was pretty irritating that I needed to do this. I believe as a cook anywhere it’s pretty fundamental that you know the difference between these three. A positive thing I have to say is that the place is clean and has a pretty good atmosphere
We recently started coming here for breakfasts. This coney is clean and cozy! Love the Christmas decorations and the friendly staff. They always come by to make sure we have what we need. Business is steady in the mornings but there is always a seat for two available for us. We frequently see officers dining here, they must recognize the good service and food as well :

The food is always good and I found it to be under $10 per person they have the best slim jim sandwich you're ever going to eat the girls that work there are always polite and constantly coming your table to give you refills on your popper whatever you're drinking it's worth the money and it's very clean
Love this place its one of those little restaurants with a cozy atmosphere Food is delicious and nice sized portions for a reasonable cost. My husband and I love coming here when we are in the area. Friendly staff, clean establishment also. Highly recommend
Very nice place to eat when you want a quick meal. The service is always great ! The food is good they have the best coffee . I go there at least 1 per month. Plus the prices are very reasonable. Thank you, please keep up the good work.
The food was ample and prices seemed pre-Covid. Fish was overcooked, pita with salad was greasy, griddle cooked. Good turkey salad, small was plenty big! Will try breakfast next time, as many have recommended it.

Been awhile since I've been here, Me and moms stopped in for dinner Had the killer Coney Omelette Cooked perfectly. Mom had the Country Omelette Excellent as always
The Ruben sandwich is so amazing and their coleslaw is so creamy! My favorite Ruben in town area! Staff is very friendly as well.
