Very cool drive-in atmosphere. The service was great. The fries were the best part of our meal. The hotdogs were so-so. The clamstrip meal was a neat item to see but wasn't worth it. They serve the rootbeer in frosted mugs and by the gallon. There is plenty of outdoor seating as well as drive-in spots. I would visit again. It is a cash only establishment. Remember to tip your car-hop. Kid-friendliness: Plenty of seating available in open shaded areas. Pavilion is surrounded by railing, making it easier to keep kids corralled.
Absolutely delightful nostalgic feel and delicious food! The service was great, everything was hot, fresh, and clean! Highly recommend! My double cheeseburger was of excellent propotions and the fried mushrooms and zucchini hit the spot! My root beer float was the perfect way to wash everything down!! Parking: Tons of parking and plenty of places to sit including an overflow area! Kid-friendliness: An adorable kid's table for 4!
Interesting place. It had been over 10 years since we ate here. My only problem was that we ordered root beer floats, and they brought out root beer sodas instead. Maybe next time we'll be a little more clear about what we want.
Listed menu prices are wrong. My friend was charged more than listed for a bacon cheeseburger. When this was brought to the attention of an employee, no apology was made, and no attempt at compensation was made.

I have many fond memories of this place from when I used to visit with my grandparents while growing up. I'm looking forward to bringing my kids here one day during our next visit to Robinson.
I believe the hamburger has changed. I used to order the Texas burger regularly, but not anymore—the meat is different now.

The restaurant has a charming, old-fashioned atmosphere. Both the food and service were exceptional.
