I love the food very much…. But the service and attention is not it the girls seem so disorganized running up and down and some little arguments between themselves it took at least an hour for my food to be ready even tho I ordered on DoorDash it was supposed to be ready when I came in. The first girl was nice but 30 minutes I’m still waiting on my food and no update whatsoever and when I brought it up to what I believe the manager no customer service whatsoever literally cut me off before I could finish what I had to say. “What’s the name” and then she left me standing not acknowledging me after or updating me on anything not even a sorry was said to me. Dariana provided outstanding service during my visit. However, the arepa is noticeably smaller than what I've experienced at their other locations. It seems that as they expand, they are also reducing portion sizes while keeping prices the same. The flavor was fantastic, though, so I can't really complain about that.
