Dogwood Hops And Crops

I noticed that in some reviews people mentioned poor customer service, so I wanted to address this first. I have not experienced that at all. The bartender was attentive and offered recommendations for some local restaurants. I had a mango cider on draft from Sebastopol, CA. It was the only cider on draft, but there was plenty of choice in the can in the fridges. I hardly can imagine anyone who can't find what they are looking for here. The atmosphere was casual, maybe a bit too casual. The town appeared to be pretty quiet on a Saturday late afternoon, so there were very few people there. I would consider coming back later at night where hopefully the overall vibe is a bit more lively.

Dogwood has become one of my favorite spots during my recent trips to Winston-Salem. It's a small, cozy bar that feels comfortable, featuring a great selection of taps along with an impressive array of fantastic canned beers that you can enjoy on-site or take home. I'm not sure how they consistently achieve such an excellent beer selection, but every time I visit, I discover a new favorite. If you're a beer enthusiast, whether you're just starting out or you're a seasoned expert, this place is definitely worth a stop. It truly is a great beer bar.

Every time I visit this restaurant, I feel either rushed out or like I'm causing inconvenience. The bartender, Al, has consistently been unfriendly since I started coming here over two years ago. I've even brought up her behavior with her, and she mentioned that she was going through a tough time mentally, yet her attitude hasn't changed. It genuinely feels like this bar caters to a select group of customers. As someone who works in the industry myself, I always make it a point to tip well.

I'm common with Dogwood and Trophy Room. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Al, Brittany, Becca and Chase are the best bartenders in WS. Best selection of beer, wine and the biggest options of Bourbon in the city. Very recommended Réservez une table maintenant

This is a fantastic spot for unique beers and quality bourbon. It's always a great time here, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Definitely one of my favorite places in Winston!
