Was not a cartridge, but my car had run from fuel 100 ft from the parking lot, so I rolled directly into a parking lot where I sat for about 2 hours. They gave me no grief when I was waiting for my fuel to arrive. So, four stars.

Stop for lunch! Mel was a bartender and waited for tables. Excellent service and food. Would definitely come back.
