**Big Plate Chicken (Bone-In):** Though they offer a boneless option, the bone-in is far superior. It’s labeled as spicy, but it wasn’t overly so—quite manageable, in fact. Beneath the juicy chicken, tender potatoes, and fresh green onions, you’ll find thick flat noodles drenched in a delicious sauce. The noodles have a texture similar to wontons. **Braised Eggplant:** I can't resist anything involving eggplant, and this dish was fantastic! The flavors were different from what I usually find at a Chinese restaurant, and I appreciated the unique taste of Uyghur cuisine. **Manta:** These are steamed dumplings filled with beef, but surprisingly, they had a flavor reminiscent of lamb. They we...

Vegetarian here for a vegan/plant-based review! Dolan's Uyghur Cuisine has something for both vegans and non vegans, so you can definitely dine here if you're in a party with various dietary needs! We ordered appetizer, Uyghur Salad (vegan), and their food is definitely on the spicy side, even though we ordered a mild. If you're someone who can't really handle spice, definitely make that known to your waiter. My waiter was knowledgeable about which items were plant-based, but I also double checked that they didn't contain milks/eggs. The vegan entree items are mostly their noodle based dishes. I ordered the Laghman which was very flavorful and came with tomatoes and other veggies. The noodle...

I had Dolan 's bookmarked for some time and I 'm glad I was able to try it. They have a small parking lot however street parking is a breeze. We luckily went in after the lunch rush so we got the last open spot. It 's nicely decorated inside and the outdoor seating has a large mural. They have a QR code with table numbers for digital menus and contactless ordering but they also came up to our table with the physical menu. Ordering was simple and they confirmed our order as well. I got the special tea and it came in a beautiful pot with cups with very cute cup holders. It was floral and sweet. We tried the chicken plate, Goshnaan meat hand pie and lamb soup. The chicken plate was huge for the...

The Uyghur Polo was absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the mixed rice—there wasn't a single grain left on our plates! The Taranchi Laghman was bursting with delicious spices, and the lamb kebabs were incredibly juicy, chewy, and tender—definitely some of the best we've ever had! Our only slight issue was that they may have been a tad oversalted, but thankfully, we had the rice and some ice water to refresh our palates. The service was friendly and attentive, and our food arrived surprisingly quickly. We also thought it was a nice touch that the restaurant used custom dishes and plates featuring their name. The ambiance was bright and clean, and I would have never thoug... Réservez une table maintenant

My favorite place for Big Plate Chicken in LA is simply unbeatable. The stir-fried chicken with potatoes, onions, and fresh bell peppers is a must-try. Always remember to order an extra serving of their handmade noodles, which are incredibly tasty and come with a flavorful spicy sauce—once you try them, you won't be able to get enough! I highly recommend the bone-in chicken; it's so tender that the meat easily separates from the bone. Another dish you can't miss is their lamb. Whether you choose the boiled lamb or the lamb soup, both are exceptionally good. I usually decide based on the weather or my appetite. This restaurant offers very authentic Uyghur cuisine, and while I've only highligh...

Been here twice. There 's some hit or miss dishes. The dishes I don 't care for are the polo rice dish...just too cumin-y with a funky after taste, the pastry dish was okay but took like 30 minutes to get. It 's good but not to the point i would wait that long again. I 'm not really a lamb person but everyone around me raved how good it was. And i abbe to admit, there 's not a big gamey after taste. Chicken plate with noodles, has a small kick. I like the thickness of the noodle. Cucumbers are so refreshing, crisp and has tons of garlic. I can 't remember which noodle dish I liked. So stay tuned for an update!

The food and atmosphere at this restaurant were excellent. It was a lovely and unique experience. Every dish we tried was delicious, and the honey cake for dessert was enjoyable as well. There’s a wide variety of dishes on the menu, and I’m definitely eager to return to sample more. It’s been about a month since my visit, and I wish I had written this review sooner to share photos of the dishes. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
