My wife and I come to Dolce Amar every day they’re open. We have tried most of the food items they offer at least once and have not even had something that is just alright. Everything is scratch made in house with fresh and high quality ingredients. Some of our favorites are the quiche which has rotating flavors, croissant egg sandwiches, muffins, macarons, and cupcakes. On Saturdays, they have doughnuts and English muffin egg sandwiches with fresh vegetables and cheese which sell fast and are just to die for! Nice shop. Cute decor. Desserts pretty and taste good. Dolce bar outstanding! Eclairs good pateau choux crunchy and cream is balanced with citrus notes and dark chocolate glaze. Ok, one opportunity the Carrot Cake really pretty, cake itself good flavor but needing texture (missing pineapple, walnuts or raisins) and should have cream cheese frosting not buttercream. My opinion don 't mess too much with a classic like Carrot Cake. Or call it Modern Carrot Cake just so people know what to expect. And counter girls shouldn 't wear crop tops maybe an apron, and hair pulled back.
What am absolute delight stumbling across this bakery! The lavender honey latte was not too sweet just a perfect cup of coffee to go with one of the most fantastic tasty pistachio macaron. The filling was light, creamy and not overly sugary. So good I had to have two! The best part was the staff, I was wtg for my mom who was at appointment and just enjoyed talking to them as I sat there and worked. They were friendly, fun and just overall a great gang! Will definitely be back!
Unbelievable to find real pastries and tort's place with very well done coffee as well.All natural farm growing ingredients they used.Extremely recommend, for those who want to have deserts and torts for special occasions, but without chemical impact as usual.

I ordered a cookies and cream cake for my son's 10th birthday. It was beautiful and tasted delicious! I always enjoy picking the cakes up and grabbing a cup of coffee. Amazing ambiance with the music decor and employees.
Amazing baked goods, the chocolate chip cookies were amazing. The blueberry almond cake was really delicious. We also had the broccoli quiche was really creamy and flavorful. Everything was beautifully done.
Very cozy cafe in an unsuspecting location. Very nice atmosphere, great baked goods and amazing desserts. The vanilla almond latte was smooth and creamy and the quiche a ‘10!’ Highly recommend!
The best pastries and coffees in the area. The cutest lil cafe in Groton, MA. Their croissants and macaroons are at par with bakeries/cafes in Boston. Don’t forget to try out the yummy quiche!

The meal was okay, but it wasn't even remotely worth the price or having to listen to the rude owner. Very difficult to deal with!
Beautiful and delicious cake for our daughters birthday! A big hit for both grownups and the kids.
