Dolce Vita - Réservation de table

Als wir ins Restaurant kam, war nur ein Tisch besetzt. Wir waren 9 Leute und es wurden zwei Tische für uns zusammen gestellt. Jedoch hatten wir das Gefühl nicht willkommen zu sein. Die Chefin war alles andere als freundlich, sehr schade, denn die Kunden sollten sich willkommen fühlen. Als eine große Gruppe kam, wahrscheinlich Stammgäste, war sie sehr freundlich, herzlich und lächelte sie an. Das Essen war sehr lecker, kam auch schnell. Als wir dann bezahlt haben und schon im Hotel waren, haben wir gesehen, dass für uns 9 Leute 10 Getränke berechnet wurden. Es wurde ein falsches getränkt ausgeteilt, Fehler war jedoch nicht unserer. Als wir das Restaurant betreten haben, hatte man sofort das Gefühl unerwünscht zu sein. Die ältere Dame hat ein Gesicht gezogen, die jüngere Dame war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Essen war sehr lecker, doch leider als wir auf der Rechnung geschaut haben, wurde und ein Getränk extra berechnet, obwohl Fehler ihrerseits war. Im Hotel haben wir erst gesehen, das wir für eine Flasche Selters 5€ bezahlt haben, obwohl wir stilles Wasser klein bestellt haben. Sehr schade 9 Getränke erhaltenen und 10 berechnet. Nächste mal einfach den Kunden die Flasche mitgeben.

I was occupied only the outdoor tables at about 10 to 8 there in a completely empty place) and I was told that only with reservation is served. However, there was no single hint and as I learned later, it would also be extremely unusual to be served here only with reservation.In addition, the lady has still put me on the shoulder to quote me out. Without pre-ordering no chance to get something! We were just thrown out in good German. Unfortunately, I can't say anything to eat.The restaurant was quite empty, it was said that a larger group is coming and without pre-order they don't do anything anymore. Very bad!

First greeting was very holding and almost rejecting. The food and the good red wine almost made it good again. However, I would not come back personally. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
