Domino's Pizza - Réservation de table

We placed an order for $70 worth of food and added a 20% tip. After waiting for two hours without any updates, we called to inquire about our order and were told that they couldn't fulfill it, and then they hung up on us. When I called back, the manager, Ashley, abruptly ended the call, saying, "I don't have time for this." I strongly advise against ordering from this location; the service is terrible, and you may not receive your food at all! This has been the worst service I've ever experienced. If I could give a negative 10 I would. Over 2 hours to get our order. Tracker said pizza was done but it still took an hour to get it. Yup...not hot, could tell how long it sat. When we called...we sat on hold for over 45min and still had not talked to anyone... sad. You are 2 for 2 this week for a mess up. At least Monday the food was fresh and hot. It was great. Too bad you forgot part of our order. Today... cold and nasty. Not sure how I am feeling about ordering from you again.

My husband ordered a double pepperoni pizza, but there were barely any pepperonis on it. If this is what they call a double pepperoni, I can't even imagine what a single would look like. I’ve been ordering pizzas from here for a long time, and I've seen the quality decline. Prices keep increasing while the amount of toppings decreases—it's really disappointing.

The pizza was fantastic, but if you choose to place an order and then pick it up, be prepared for a challenge when it comes to parking. The restaurant is located right on the corner, and finding a spot nearby can be difficult. There is a parking lot available at the back, but getting there requires going around the block. Terrible customer service. Ashley the manager refuses to come to phone to fix their mess ups. Employees are rude and hang up on you! Save the headache and order somewhere that actually wants your business! Time to hire a new manager staff dominos!

They made an error with my order, but they rectified it exceptionally well! They really went the extra mile to make it right. Mistakes can occur, but they managed the situation perfectly!

The drive isn’t too far; the Domino's Pizza we visited was in Sauk Rapids, a nearby town close to Saint Cloud.
