Not recommended anymore! I’ve been ordering from this location for about five years, but recently they've changed their ordering process when you call. The people answering the calls are middle eastern and are using the Domino's app. They kept insisting that they don’t deliver to my location, which isn’t true since they always have in the past. Eventually, when they managed to connect me with the store, the man who answered put me on hold for about five minutes. When he finally returned, I was trying to place an order over $50, planning to pay half with a card and half in cash, including a tip. I had to find my other card to complete the order, and he hung up on me. This place has become a j...
I frequently visit this location, so I'm really disappointed with my recent experience. I usually order the handpan, but this time it was too doughy. The service was surprisingly quick, but unfortunately, the pizza was a disaster! I'd prefer slow service over pizza that I can't eat. The cheese was stuck to the box and it was full of cardboard—I couldn’t enjoy it at all. I’m not sure what has changed there, or if they were just trying to rush things, but I'm really let down. Honestly, I'd rather wait a little longer than pay for pizza that isn’t edible.
I had an exceptional experience at this restaurant, largely due to their outstanding customer service. I encountered an issue with one of my pizzas, and when I brought it up, they quickly made me a fresh one that was absolutely perfect—no questions asked! They even followed up with a phone call to ensure everything was satisfactory. The staff were extremely friendly, and the overall atmosphere was great. I would definitely give them 5-star service! Highly recommended!
This is definitely my favorite pizza place! They have excellent customer service, and their delivery is quick. I'm also impressed by how they're supporting the Park Hills community after the local pizza place burned down—they're really doing their best to help everyone out. Tried calling multiple times. Was first directed to a call center, stupid, unnecessary additional step added to the process. Then was hung up on multiple times when attempting to place an order with the Bonne Terre, MO location. If you don't want totake orders, then close the doors and take down your website!!!
