I wanted to inquire about prices and specials for a work lunch I was planning. Initially, I was hung up on three times when trying to speak with someone, which nearly made me switch to Pizza Hut. However, I decided to give Domino’s one more chance. I managed to get through to another Domino’s location and received all the information I needed. After emailing corporate about my experience, the manager at this location, Robert, contacted me the next day. He was very helpful, apologized for the situation, and even offered me a pizza as a gesture of goodwill, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend this location and would definitely do business with them again.
Never had a problem with this domino's, probably because I always get carryout instead of delivery. The pizza always turns out great and yes, it is busy sometimes and it could take a little longer than expected but I've seen them get totally slammed before. Also just a note to the delivery drivers : I would highly advise against leaving your cars running outside when you go inside the building. Within those couple minutes that you're inside, somebody could run up and steal your car. Not a risk you should take especially in a ghetto slum like Buena Park
Domino’s was extremely disappointing. This location took nearly an hour to deliver my pizza, and they forgot my drink. I called the store three times, but no one answered. I don’t usually leave reviews because it feels pointless, but I’m really frustrated with this company now. This has been my experience at almost every Domino’s I’ve tried, making me think the managers might not be doing their jobs properly to ensure good service. I’m giving two stars because the pizza was decent and I liked the bread twists, but I desperately needed my drink.
I visited this location for the first time and found the staff to be helpful and friendly. It's been years since I had Domino's, so I decided to give their new family meal a try. The dough was tasty, but the pizza was mostly just bread with very little sauce or cheese. It felt like I was having a meal made entirely of bread. I was quite disappointed and don’t think I’ll be trying it again.

I placed my order through the app and used the order tracker. I waited outside for my order, and when the tracker indicated it was ready, I went straight inside. Unfortunately, the pizza was cold, burnt, and not what I had paid for. Unless, of course, this is what they call "extra sausage." I don't order from here often, and now I remember why.
I had a terrible experience at Domino's. I was on the phone with a rude employee for 5-10 minutes, only to be told that I couldn't place my order just as I was one minute away and before midnight. The customer service was very disappointing. They should hire staff who can think and provide better service!
I had the worst experience ordering pizza ever. The customer service was terrible. It took me hours to place my order, and then they canceled it. I will never go back again. You've just lost a loyal customer to Pizza Hut.
I ordered two pizzas, and Tatiana ensured my special order was safe for my food allergies. I truly appreciate her kindness and dedication to making my carryout order a success. The customer service was exceptional!

This is the second time we've placed an order only to find out there was none when we went to pick it up, despite showing them the call confirmation. They didn't even apologize. Very poor service.
