My order tonight had 2 hand tossed pizzas both of which arrived cold, burnt on the bottom, and for some reason way thinner (crust) than normal. This is especially concerning as it was the store manager that made my order. I have been ordering Domino'saround the country for 15 years, as well as working at several Domino's in multiple states. This particular location has beennothing but problems. Food is cold or extremely late by Domino's standards, burnt, or the staff is down right rude. The overallstore ranks at about 2 stars in my book. If OER did an inspection of this store I have serious doubts if this franchise wouldrank any higher. First of all, the food is good. I’ve always loved their pizza the most, but after checking my email recently, my fondness for Domino's Pizza has taken a hit. Yesterday, I received an email saying my Domino's rewards points are about to expire. Why? Because I haven’t purchased enough pizza to make use of my points. I only had 20 points, and I need 40 more to get a free pizza. This is really frustrating. Just be aware that your points can expire, and it’s disappointing. It definitely disappointed me.
We ordered delivery from Domino's Pizza, and although the technology and service were good, the pizza was terrible! We chose a pan pizza, but it was so soft and doughy that it fell apart, making it impossible to keep a slice intact.
Domino's Pizza always serves delicious food. Occasionally, they add garlic to my pizza even when I ask them not to, but they always make it right immediately. Their menu offers great options that keep me coming back.

Driving first time to la Grange Illinois I stopped for a M pizza, Elizabeth was a quick friendly staff order was ready within less than 10 min I enjoyed it ?
I think I am making healthy choices with the hand tossed crust and a selection of three vegetable toppings and not a lot of cheese
The cashier took my order and then went to prepare the food without putting in any cloves.
Got the Hawian and Peperoni lovers pizza. Both were very good. Will go there again.
