Well after a very bad experience at another place I ordered domino's. I did not realize it was so close to the closing time. I received my food very fast, and with a smile. I was in food service many years ago and I know this guy was cursing me on the inside because of how late it was. Lol. But without hesitation and a smile on his face he handed me my food. I tipped in the total and because of his customer centric attitude I gave him another cash tip. The food was hot, and delicious. The driver was nice and polite. I normally don’t review places but this is the 3rd time that they missed my order and I had to spent half an hour to get it .. even thought their patented technology tracker said it’s completed.Worse part is they even did partial order complete meaning while I have to wait for my half order to complete , other half gets cold and just sitting there …
Like many other places in town, Domino's Pizza is clearly short-staffed. Despite this, they efficiently prepared our order of three pizzas for pickup in just 20 minutes. The staff member at the front, though seemingly overwhelmed, remained very friendly. The menu offers a good variety, making it easy to choose something delicious.
The pizza arrived warm, neither hot nor cold. The delivery driver was quite reserved and not very friendly. Prices are reasonable, though slightly higher compared to other pizza chains. Overall, the pizza is still excellent and of very high quality!

This is the best pizza place in Richmond Hill! It's the most stylish, clean, and well-managed Domino's I've ever been to. You have to try the Specialty Chicken crispy bacon and tomato bites—they're absolutely addictive!

I order from this restaurant at least every few months, and I've never encountered any problems! The food is always quick, hot, and delicious. The staff consistently puts in a lot of effort.
Ordered a 14” pizza to be delivered. Why was I charged $35.00!! Can’t figure that one out. They couldn’t explain it either. Guess I’ll call the manager tomorrow.

Be taking too damn long on the delivery. And lie about the delivery times. If you place an order expect it to be 30-45 minutes past what the delivery time says.
The amount of cheese (or lack thereof) is tragic.Use the scoop cups or whatever it is corporate gives you to measure cheese cause this ain't it.
