I attempted to place an order on a Sunday, but after being put on hold for 15 minutes, I decided to drive to the restaurant in person. Upon placing my order, I was informed that it would be ready for pick up in 30-35 minutes. However, when I returned after 30 minutes, my pizzas had not even been started. It was clear that the owner/manager only had one staff member working on a Sunday to handle calls, man the counter, make the product, and clean. I felt sorry for the young lady who was managing all these tasks alone. In my opinion, the owner/manager should have been there working if the staff was short-handed. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The food was mediocre at best, the service was awful, and the manager and employee were both rude. They forgot part of our order and made us feel unwelcome. The atmosphere was not pleasant and I am concerned about the cleanliness of the place. I will not be returning and I hope that corporate takes action. I recommend that they receive an audit. Today's date is 11/02/2023.
I ordered takeout from this Domino's location and paid online. When I went into the store to pick up my order, the employee was rude and insisted I sign a receipt even though I had already paid online. There was too much sauce and not enough cheese on my pizza, which was disappointing. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience at this Domino's.
