Beware. The store is very filthy in the food prep area and the staff is poorly managed and unprofessional for business. Sure the counter tops are wiped down with dirty unwashed rags that give the surfaces a clean look but the contamination process isn't visible to the naked untrained eye. A closer look at the store's cleanliness reveals a horrific and unacceptable rating. The place should be shut down for inspection from the health department and other local authorities until corrected. Notifying the management would be useless at this point since they are complicit with the situation and contribute to the problem. Horrible management and costumer service. I just got off the phone with the manager sky. I was hung up on 4 times, it's in my call log and will show the general manager. I simply asked for the mans name answering the phone so I can let the general manager know how he's handling calls telling me not to order that my Pizza won't arrive till 2am. Then I get a text saying my pizza was on its way. The driver just left and took my order with him. Less than 30 min later. Again all thx to the guy answering the phone.
Subpar Domino’s location, I won’t be ordering from here again. First they forgot my order of specialty chicken, then when I tried calling the restaurant for a refund, they dodged my calls. I heard the line click when it connected the person on the other end immediately hung up. This happened around 9:45 too they don’t close until after midnight, so don’t really have an excuse for the horrible customer service. Not to mention the split-topping pizza was sloppily done poorly made.
Just ordered a deep dish pizza for pick up. Didn’t check the pizza until I got home. You guys gave me a regular pizza. Called to see if they would offer a refund being I hate your regular pizza. Wasn’t offered for a driver to come out or refund me my money. Was told I would have to drive all the way back because YOU guys made a mistake. Ordered two pizzas at 455p. Sitting here now at 7p no pizza even though the app said they were delivered at 630p. Called the store and they told me to look outside the driver was there. 15min later still no pizza. Called and told them to refund the pizza and said I was never ordering with them again. The employee had terrible customer service and hung up the phone on me mid sentence.
I waited 4hrs for a pizza I ordered once and a hour later I called and the lady on the phone said to give them ten more minutes so i did another hour later I called because i did not receive anything and they said no order went through ? so i made another order and they said about 30 minutes and it arrived an hour later. I ordered at 6:01pm and got it at 9:46pm.
The pizzas could be cooked a little longer along with the wings but the highlight of the night is our driver Elizabeth!!! She always goes above and beyond for us!! She is the absolute best. Always tells us the upcoming deals we can do. She is one the main reasons we keep coming here. She's fantastic!!
