while I was parked in my company car and waited to go inside to order a bite. I noticed that a few youngs work on their vehicles and follow them inward. just seeing these 2 types didn't stop? to wash are they hands?! but are they going right behind the counter to make piazza’s? I saw a woman coming from the office sneezing and coughing, who did not cover her mouth while she went behind the counter to talk to the other? that turned me away from eating there. not one of those who worked there do not wait their hands or put on any gloves to make the piazza? not like the many other institutions that I go too. not worth a star also not a half worth. it is a joke
I received my delivery order. I asked for contactless delivery however the driver contacted me letting me know they’ve arrived however demanded tips. It seemed like the tip was too low and he probably got upset and the way my food was placed was disrespectful. The food didn’t even make it in front of door but on the grass and the sauces I’ve paid for were placed under the pizzas boxes and were open. The sauces looked like it was just thrown on the ground. My food was on the grass and I contacted dominoes no answer so I’m writing this review.
2.5 hour wait for a pizza the app estimated to arrive at my door in an hour. Store didn't answer the first call to check in/cancel (waited 15 minutes), manager answered the second time (an hour later) with no real excuses and a time estimate that was off by 2x.Pizza arrived cold and undercooked (which makes sense, because it was cooked for over an hour before the delivery person even grabbed it from the store, per the pizza tracker app).I like dominos. I do not recommend this store.

I called the restaurant multiple times and was met with profanities and a refusal to assist me. Despite waiting over 90 minutes, no one picked up the phone. It seems that this establishment does not want customers to purchase their products. I was not alone in experiencing this treatment, as others have also had similar encounters. After numerous attempts, I finally spoke to a rude person who only answered when I called a different number to cancel my excessively delayed order.
I can’t be negative enough about my order. It’s already over 2 hours and we have not been able to get through by phone. They hang up or leave me on hold for 10 minutes without any response. It’s been 21/2 hours. We finally got a report back that the delivery was 4 minutes away. We watched the delivery go all around our address. It finally showed he was almost at our house. My husband has gone outside 6 times. He’s angry.
To make a long horrible story short,my order wasn't left at my address. When I called the manager she was MEAN AND HUNG UP ON ME after blaming me that it was my fault (my address was typed correctly). I tried calling her back 5 times because they have caller ID she didn't answer. No refund, no re-delivery! NOTHING!
Tried to place a fairly large order on the phone. In the afternoon was on hold for 37 minutes after which I hung up. In the evening I was on hold for 1 hour. Ridiculous. I do not recommend this place.
