This pizza place is the most reliable in town. I order from here frequently and my food usually arrives within 15-20 minutes, much faster than other places like Pizza Hut, Papa John’s, or Jack’s which give delivery times of 1.5-2 hours. On a couple of occasions, the delivery driver even gave me an extra pizza for free. I would give them 5 stars for their excellent customer service and 4 stars for the quality of their food. The chicken wings are a bit small but they are delicious. I have only had two issues with delivery in the past year or two, but they were both resolved quickly. I just placed an order before writing this review and my food is already on its way. I don’t know how they manag...
My experience with the call center was a bit frustrating and it took me 20 minutes to place my order, only for it to be input incorrectly. However, the team at this Domino's location quickly rectified the mistake and ensured that I left completely satisfied. I was impressed by their prompt and efficient service. Thank you to Chris and the rest of the team for their kindness and professionalism. I will definitely be returning, as my overall experience was a perfect 10/10.
By far, my favorite Domino's Pizza is the one managed by Chris. He has excellent customer service skills and always ensures the food is just right. The pizzas are always hot and delicious, and if there is ever an issue, Chris handles it promptly and professionally. Let me tell you, I have worked at several pizza shops in Chicago, including Dominos. I didn't enjoy this restaurant when I first came here, but Manager Chris and his wife have a special touch! Their pizzas are delicious, and you can taste the love they put into making them. I am happy to see the positive change they have brought to the restaurant.
