Honestly, stay away from this place and save your money. This has got to be one of the worst Dominos in the country. The staff and manager should be ashamed of themselves. I think we all know Dominos is slightly outrageous which their pricing at the best of times. Many non-chain/franchise pizza places beat them on price. Well, this place doesn 't even shine through with quality. It should be their unique selling point, but their lack of quality is were they have chosen to excel! So, we have high prices to pay and for that they offer poor pizzas with hardly any cheese and very little topping. For the price that you pay, and the pizza images you gain in adverts, you 'd expect a nice juicy pizz...
I ordered pizza for my daughter and her friends for her birthday. I paid £64.32 for 3 pizzas. When they arrived, they were terrible. There were hardly any toppings, it looked like there was no cheese, and they were burnt. They were absolutely disgusting. I returned the pizza to the store the next day and was promised a refund, but I never received it. When I visited the store again, the staff said they couldn't help me. Even the Regional Area Manager refused to speak to me. The pizza was horrible and the way I was treated as a customer was terrible. I don't think asking for a refund is too much. I would not recommend Domino's to anyone.
You need to take out a mortgage to buy a pizza from here.. its only dough, tonsto sauce and factory cheese.. completley overpriced.. rip off. Nearly £20 for a pizza is a joke.. supermarkets sell 14 pizzas fresh for £3.50 and still make a profit. Dominos prices are completely unjustified. Dont bother.
Totally get it’s unprecedented times but after wait 2 hours! Totally understand that but I’m sorry that was absolutely disgusting! Everything was cold ! Wings not cooked and the wedges were foul! £47 and a total waste of money! I have asked for a refund! Shame on you Dominos!!!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Domino's in Runcorn. The vegetarian pizza I ordered was delivered uncooked and fell apart as it was so sloppy and undercooked. I had to put it in the oven myself to cook properly.
Dry, lacked ingredients. I have always been satisfied before, but this time it was dry, overpriced, and not worth the money. It seems like they are cutting corners and charging £30. Good luck with that, I will not be returning.
Brilliant Service from Brandon, he explained everything really well as i was ordering for my Daughter and needed a bit of advice, nothing was too much trouble so Thank you it was really Appreciated and so was the Mayo :
Ordered Meat Feast Pizza, came on time. Perfectly cooked with lots of topping. Would definitely order from there again. I dont understand the negative reviews. 10/10

Not great, if you complain about food, no problem they change it. But it is disgusting again. They don’t care at all. Runcorn dominos is a big loss.
