The worst location ever. I placed an order with a delivery and waited for 20 minutes with the mobile tracker and suddenly they gave me a call saying they can't provide a delivery so had to cancel the order. I spent an hour on the phone with the both of patersons dominos locations 21. ave and smith street. No one has arrived at everyone. it clearly said on their website opened one hour on stop! so I called the main Ave Passaic location, it is now 11:10 clock, dude said we have opened late, and will not begin for another 20 minutes"So, I called the 504 van houten ave clifton location, immediately! impossible! The staff at this restaurant is clearly overwhelmed by the number of orders they are receiving. The management should consider turning off online orders if they do not have enough staff to handle them. This one-star review is for the management. My experience yesterday evening was frustrating as I waited for 2 hours for my order to arrive, only to find out it had never been prepared. Despite multiple attempts to call the restaurant, no one picked up the phone. I was not told that after 12 noon there is no more delivery services and I waited 3hours 1/2 for my order to find out they do not deliver as there staff consist of two people after 12 noon. And no consideration to the customer as far as a phone call informing that the order cannot be delivered. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AND THERE WAS NO SIGN ON THE DOOR REGARDING WEARING A MASK BEFORE ENTERING THE ESTABLISHMENT!!!

This restaurant has the worst location and terrible customer service. There was no manager or supervisor available to address any complaints. The delivery guy, Justin, did not show up for the delivery and did not even bother to call. He marked the order as delivered and left. When attempting to place another order, it kept getting canceled. I will not be ordering from this restaurant ever again.

I have never had Domino's pizza as bad as the one from this place. We ordered a pizza, boneless wings, and garlic bread. The pizza was misshapen in the box, the cheese was unrecognizable, and the wings had the wrong sauces. Everything was terrible, so we ended up throwing it all in the trash after a few disappointing bites.
They are literally theifs. I made an online purchase and paid through PayPal. After delivering the pizza and giving me the receipt with the correct amount of the transaction. They made a new PayPal transaction with an additional amount. Moreover, they are so rude, unprofessional. They don't deserve my business.

I ordered last month at 12am when they close at 1am and my order never arrived, they dont pick up the phones either, customer service hasn’t helped me. They robbed me of my money. Never again from dominos rather have pizzahut
pizza is solid. good for a step change. some of the chicken dishes for 5.99 are a steal. super fast service. collection or delivery, orders always correctly fulfilled.
