I can't rate the food because it never came, 5 hours after I ordered. The Dominos app incorrectly reported the status of my order, the people at the store I spoke to when checking on my order, first said they had been running 2 hours behind all day (not what the app said), when it finally baked 2 hours later it was being checked for quality for the next 3 hours. When I called at the 4 houmark, they said they were waiting for a driver but when I again called 45 minutes later, they didn't have my order, and I could either reorder and wait my turn again ir cancel. I chose to cancel with a minimum of choice words.no apology, but hey have a good day, click. then finally the app caught up and said...
When I called in my order, the employee didn't inform me of the wait time. When I arrived for pickup, it was chaos inside with yelling and customers upset and waiting. I witnessed a pizza come out of the oven and go right on the floor!!! The quality of the pizza was bad. Not worth what they are charging. I had to wait over an hour after placing my order. Unacceptable.
Yikes! 90+ minutes for delivery when we were told 40. Called to check on it and he said ‘I’d be shocked if it was there by now actually’ an hour and 20 min after it was ordered. He was so sassy and confrontational. Told me if I would like to provide all the drivers with earbuds, he could call and see how much longer. 0/10 recommend this location.
