The service was awful. We ordered pizza at 9, and it didn't arrive until almost 10:30 and we live less than half a mile away. When we got the $100 order, 2 out of 3 pizza's were made incorrectly, one of them wasn't even the right pizza. When we called back to correct the order, we were on hold for over 10 minutes and had to call multiple times to even talk to someone. When he answered, he gave serious attitude, and was trying to offer us a coupon instead of giving us the right pizzas. He was extremely rude, argumentative, and difficult, and we had to fight him to get our correct pizzas, and he also wanted the pizzas he gave us back?? We tried to be respectful and civil but he absolutely did...
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Walked in there about 9:30 person behind the register asks me with serious attitude if I ordered and I stated no. Thought that part would have been simple but far from it. Employee looks at me eyeballing me up and down and says No..... I was like uhhh is there a problem with that? (Me not placing an order yet) he looks at me and says with beyond crazy attitude...Is there a problem??? I was like I don't know is there??? Just did curbside pick up and was yelled at for parking two spots away from the door. Employee used the 2 liter I ordered to hit the sign and yell at me that where the sign was is the curbside. I informed him someone was already there when I arrived and he said there shouldn’t have been. That’s not in my control so I parked where I could and followed the curbside instructions that were on the window directly in front of the spot I parked in. I’ve been under tremendous stress lately and the last thing I need is to be yelled at for where I parked. Dominos does not have good service and clearly does not need nor do they have my business anymore.
