Very poor quality of presenting with an excessive amount of cheese, lacking any skillful control of portions nor human touch.The unappetizing appearance of hugely dumped cheese led to almost everything being thrown away immediately. Regretful that I didn't inspect the contents in the store to dispose of it right then. Genuinely disappointing.I owe never to visit the store again.

They lie about delivery time. They said it would be 30-45 minutes, but it took an hour and a half. Their excuse was that they were busy. I guess they forgot it was Friday? I doubt it. I think they just wanted us to pay for the food and then did not care after that. If you are hungry or have company that you are feeding, call someone else.

Tried the new pan pizza and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the service was lackluster. My carry out order was messed up and I had to wait 20 minutes. After a while, it was apparent they forgot I was waiting for something. There was never even as much as an apology. I'll be trying other locations for carry out next Réservez une table maintenant

John was a very sweet guy and I appreciated him taking a little bit of extra time to actually make me happy with my order.. It is a hard place to really come to when it comes to food but I was still able to get what I needed to with John. Thank you.

this is the worst service i have ever recieved. we ordered a pizza at 7, at 8 they sent us the wrong one and then told us they were correcting the mistake. it is now 10:30 and we hve tried calling multiple times just to be ignored or hung up on

Service is usually excellent at this location. Apparently only 1 working tonight it took an hour for a carryout pizza. Ordered at 7:53, estimated pickup time was 8:17-8:27. Pizza was ready at about 8:55.

Tater Tots SEVERELY overcooked. No garlic parmesan sauce at all. Can physically pick up all of the food by 1 tater tot. Won't order this again. Réservez une table maintenant

Got my pizza wrong, not once, but twice. Also took over 45 minutes twice. I live 5 minutes away.
