Domino's Pizza - Réservation de table

Mike, the manager is very rude doesn’t know how to talk with customers. We placed an online carry out order few months ago for 4 pizzas and they messed up 2 of them. Obviously, we checked after we got home. We live far so didn’t go back. We called the store right away about the issue Amanda (who claimed she was the manager) said she would put a note on our account for 2 free pizza for next order. I called today to claim them Mike (who now claims to be the manager) said there’s no note that people call everyday for free pizzas he basically said that we’re lying hung up the phone. I have ordered pizza from this domino’s for 7 year it’s been sufficient. As of a few weeks/months ago the pizzas have been coming out like works of art. I am going to guess a new hire is making them and wanted to say they should get a pay raise and promotion. Tasty, beautiful and perfectly made. Thank you new employee for raising the bar.

Ordered $42 worth of food and never received it. Tried getting my money back through the app and was instead offered either 20% off or 60 rewards points. 60 points is only worth a medium pizza. I spent $42! I tried calling the store and only get automated voice messages. Ridiculously poor customer service

Didn’t even revive my order. Tried to call and only get Automated voice messages. Tried to get a refund on the dominos app and they offer me 60 rewards points which is only worth a medium pizza free. My order was $42.47. Absolutely ridiculous terrible service do not waste your money! Réservez une table maintenant

Rude service, over call I try to make and order but canceled because I was unsure and a little nervous. Operator started to tell me not to play with them and that they are a pizza shop/restaurant. What the hell?

Made an online order through their app. Simple and easy including coupons and deals for the location. Within less than 30 minutes after ordering we were eating! Great, hot and fast service!! Thank you!

They seem to have a cheese shortage problem. Even when ordering with extra cheese, because normal is ridiculously none, they barely put any, but feel free to charge enough for it. Réservez une table maintenant

Used to be a good place. New manager and employees ruined it. Almost no toppings even when paid for extra. Forgets to add topping. Manager said she doesn’t care about complaints.

Great staff. Pizza maker was quick and courteous. Pan pizza was excellent. Brought it out to my car. Please don't close!
