Domino's Pizza - Réserver une table

I went to Dominos for a free pizza that I had earned online. Unfortunately, the store did not receive the order due to some online issues. I spoke with the shift manager/assistant named Niko at 14120B Lee Hwy Centreville, Va 20121. Niko's responsibility is to take care of the customers, but he did not do so. He was unhelpful, had a bad attitude, and ignored me when I showed him my phone. He could have handled the situation better but chose not to. Instead, he walked away. I will be raising this issue with the district or regional manager as it seems Niko does not care about the customers. I had ordered a free pizza with two toppings and mentioned that I had other food and my toddler waiting...

I have been ordering from this restaurant for many years, but recently I have been disappointed with the food quality. It seems like they may have changed their recipe or ingredients because the last few times I ordered, the food was terrible. The pizzas I ordered had very little sauce on them, making them extremely dry. I even double-checked my order to make sure I didn't request no sauce. When I called the manager to provide feedback, she simply responded with "oh" and did not offer any resolution. I will no longer be spending my money at this location.

The staff at the restaurant were extremely rude when I called to ask for help applying a discount code to my order through the app. Instead of assisting me, they told me to contact customer service and then abruptly hung up on me. This was especially frustrating since it was a Sunday night and customer service was not available.

my husband ordered us pizza from this location and wasn’t cut right some pieces of pizza was big and others were to small it wasn’t even at all and it was horrible made to and that isn’t how dominos even should be making the pizza like it tasting like cardboard that horrible please fix how it’s made and cut for now on

By far one of the best Pizza shop in the area. Their manager's special, one large 5 topping pizza for 11 bucks is a darn good bargain.
