Dominos Pizza - Réserver une table

Ordered from the app. Prematurely said it was delivered, when I called they told me it was a mistake and that it’s still on the way. Waited over an hour in total. Still no delivery. Called again, driver started accusing me of lying! Saying he did deliver it, but we don’t have any food and haven’t seen anyone come down our street. Eventually he admitted he delivered to the wrong place and said he’ll put in another order. Now we have to wait another 30 mins, if they actually do redeliver. And no kind of compensation or compassion either. Will never order from this domino’s again. STAY AWAY

The delivery was a complete disaster. I tracked my order and it ended up on the other side of Potters Bar. When I called, they apologized and said they would send a new driver. The replacement order arrived quickly, but it was clearly the original one that had been sitting out for a while, as it was barely warm and the chicken strippers were cold. In the past, my orders from this restaurant have always been piping hot. I don't appreciate being deceived and treated poorly. Overall, I was not impressed with my order or the way I was treated.

This restaurant is terrible. They consistently get my order wrong, even though it is clearly written down. This has happened multiple times and I will not be returning. They are extremely careless and unprofessional.

The Domino's franchise was highly disappointing. I placed orders here twice and both times they got my order wrong. In addition to the mistakes, the staff was rude and did not offer any compensation for their errors.

The store failed to redelivery our sauces after the delivery driver dropped it at the front door. Bad customer service.
